Beyond AI: Returning to the Heart (New Book Launch!)

Hi everyone,
Today’s newsletter steps away from the usual AI discussions for a moment. It’s about something more personal, touching on emotions, connections, relationships, and a return to a different kind of writing for me.
Five years ago, amidst the uncertainty of 2020, I published my first book, "Emotional Gully." The journey since then took me deep into the fascinating world of Artificial Intelligence, leading to two subsequent books exploring that landscape. Today, however, marks a return to the core of human experience.
As technology like AI races forward, I find myself thinking more about what stays constant: our human emotions, our need for connection. Emotions, and the questions that surround them, are things I've always been drawn to talk about. I remember always asking questions – constantly asking 'why?' to my teachers, to the people around me. But somewhere along the way, as we grow up, many of us seem to stop asking those deeper, sometimes difficult questions. We might stop thinking about the answers, or maybe even run away from the questions themselves. Yet, often the most complex situations hinge on simple questions, if only we dared to ask them.
It's this underlying truth, this pull towards understanding the human heart and its questions, that brings me here today.
So, I'm really happy (and admittedly, yes, a little nervous!) to announce that my new book, "Why You Do This To Me: An Echo of Unsent Words," is officially launched!

This book is a departure from algorithms and code. It’s a deep dive into the raw, unfiltered thoughts and feelings navigating the aftermath of a relationship – a compilation of those unsent messages, the diary entries scribbled late at night, and the persistent, haunting question that often lingers: 'Why?' This book is about those unanswered questions and the thoughts that circle around them.
It doesn't offer easy answers or simple resolutions. Instead, it shares the vulnerability found in simply exploring difficult questions about life, love, and loss. Often, we get lost in our own thoughts. In this chaotic world we live in, it feels like we’ve even stopped sharing many of our thoughts and feelings openly. Perhaps it’s the fear of being judged or misunderstood. This book is about voicing those kinds of feelings and thoughts – the ones often kept inside. My hope is that someone, somewhere, might recognize the echo in these words, understand the feeling, or maybe even hold a piece of the answer... someday.
If you're drawn to explorations of human connection, introspection, and the complex beauty (and sometimes, the ache) of our emotional lives, I sincerely invite you to read it.

Thank you for being part of my journey – both the explorations into technology and this return to the landscape of the heart. Your readership means the world to me.
Warmly,
